SHIPPING & Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Returns are handled online only. Online returns are simple if you have your order number or receipt. Contact us to start your return claim, then pack your item(s) safely in the original box and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping and processing costs.

You can return your item(s) by mail for up to 15 days after the ship date of your order. We do not accept exchanges.

  • Any claims deemed an error on our part will be redeemed at our expense.

  • There are no refunds for Custom or Personalized orders. Since we cannot refund our time and effort for these products – All Sales Are Final.

  • There are no refunds for any of our downloadable digital products.

  • Laso Studios is not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address, misdelivery by carriers, and for lost or stolen packages.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • The buyer is responsible for any loss in value If the item is not returned in its original condition. Therefore if an item looks clearly worn, becomes scented, has been washed, or has any indication of damage – a refund can not be granted.

  • You are responsible for return shipping and processing costs. Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

The following items are not qualified for refunds due to the nature of the product being a non-tangible item, has had customizations performed on it, and/or hygienic concerns:

  • Any downloadable digital products such as Gift Cards, E-books, Subscriptions, Templates, Etc.

  • Custom/Personalized Products, Commissioned Projects, and Original Artwork

  • Earrings, Masks, Underwear, or Swimwear

  • Products listed as “Clearance” items

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

  • Shipping & Processing Fees

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Once you have placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. During the last step of online checkout we advise customers to please review their orders for accuracy because no changes can be made once the order has been placed. This is because we try to process orders as quickly as possible and seal them for shipment regardless of when they actually ship.

Pre-Orders: Please note that pre-orders are an exception. To cancel your pre-order, please contact us before the product’s launch date.

Personalized Orders: You can request cancellation up to 2 business days after the purchase confirmation. Cancellations and refunds will not be granted once production on the project has started.

Modifying Shipping Addresses: Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified. For customer security, shipments must be sent to the address selected by the cardholder during purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

General Items: It will typically take 2-3 days to process most products, but the time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Read all product descriptions for specific details.

Some orders may take longer to process especially during new launches, the holidays, active promotions, and special events.

  • Made-to-order/Personalized: We do our best to process and make your orders as soon as we can. Please allow at least 3-6 business days for most made-to-order product orders to be completed. We do ask that you allow 2 weeks of production time for Personalized items, as we create these with quality in mind. This does not include shipping time.

  • Commissioned Projects: Shipping and processing are based on your custom project’s details. The details will be laid out when you commission a project.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped out as quickly, and in as few packages as possible. Orders do not ship during the weekends.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for your order. It generally takes 3-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Items from our partner warehouses ship separately with its own separate tracking information.

We do not guarantee arrival of shipments in time for any holidays, birthdays, etc.

PICK UP & DELIVERY

Pick up and delivery is currently reserved for friends and family only. Details will be planned to schedule a suitable time and date for pick up or delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Laso Studios does not ship or sell items outside of the USA at this time. However, if you really want something, please contact us to work out the details. Laso Studios will not be responsible for any international customs fees, local import taxes, etc. No refunds or returns will be accepted for Customs fees paid or refusal of package by not accepting Customs fees.

Tracking information is not guaranteed for international deliveries. It is not uncommon for Customs agencies to take up to or beyond a month to process some shipments, especially during high volume seasons like the holidays. Neither Laso Studios or the shipping carrier have control over the length of time it takes to clear Customs.
